UPLAND, Ind. – The Spring Arbor University women's cross country team concluded its 2024 season at the Crossroads League Championship on Friday. The Cougars finished in eighth place among the nine teams competing in the meet.
For the third time this season, freshman
Cylee Elkins paced the Cougars. Elkins finished 35th out of 123 racers with a time of 23:44.
Taylor University, ranked No. 1 in the NAIA Women's Cross Country Coaches' Top 25 Rating, came in first place to capture its 12th consecutive league championship. Taylor's Jaynie Halterman won the individual title with a time of 20:36.
