NOTRE DAME, Ind. – The Spring Arbor University women's cross country team competed in a deep and talented field at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite on Friday.
The races were divided into three sections – Blue, Gold and Open. Spring Arbor participated in the Gold race and finished 21st out of the 22 teams, which was comprised of many NCAA Division I squads.
SAU posted its fastest 5k team time of the season at 1:39:49.
Madyson Oudbier,
Jynessa Larsen and
Alexis Brown were the top-3 SAU runners with all three posting season-best 5k times. Oudbier completed the course in 19:27, Larsen finished in 19:30 and Brown followed in 19:31.
