NEW BOSTON, Mich. – The Spring Arbor University women's cross country team was back in action at Wayne State University's Warrior Challenge on Friday. The Cougars finished fifth in the 10-team field.
For the second straight meet, junior
Madyson Oudbier led the Cougar contingent finishing 27th overall in the field of more than 100 racers with a time of 24:00.
Alexis Brown was close behind in 38th place, completing the 6k course in 24:24 while
Jynessa Larsen grabbed 42nd with a time of 24:42.
The University of Findlay claimed first place in the team standings. Wayne State and Saginaw Valley State University followed in second and third, respectively, and Cornerstone University finished fourth.
