ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The Spring Arbor University track & field teams had their final tune-up before the Crossroads League Championships when they visited Concordia University for the Alumni Legacy Meet on Friday and Saturday.
 
The Cougars had five new program top 10 performances – highlighted by Jennifer Sherwood breaking her own school record in the hammer with a mark of 44.82m (147' 0").
