UPLAND, Ind. – The Spring Arbor University men's tennis team came up short in a Crossroads League match at Taylor University on Thursday afternoon, falling to the Trojans 7-2.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Taylor secured all three doubles points and never looked back.
- TU's Alex Jung and Juan Ramirez topped Nick Romano and Vincent McShane 8-5 at No. 1 doubles while the duo of Chris Robbins and Andre Danelli slipped past Jacob Byrd and Jonah Engle 9-8 at the No. 2 spot. The Trojans completed the sweep with an 8-1 win at No. 3 doubles.
- In singles competition, Nick Romano and Alex Reinbold picked up two points for the Cougars at No. 1 and No. 2.
UP NEXT
Spring Arbor will travel to Indiana Wesleyan University (4-2, 4-2 CL) on Saturday, Sept. 24 before wrapping up the fall season with back-to-back home matches against Huntington University (2-4, 2-2 CL) on Sept. 27 and Marian University (5-1, 5-0 CL) on Sept. 30.
