SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – Spring Arbor University's Colin Snyder has been named the Crossroads League Baseball Pitcher of the Week, the conference office announced Monday.
 
It is the first career weekly honor for Snyder, and the second for a SAU baseball player this season.
 
Snyder went 2-0 with a 0.82 earned-run average in a pair of victories for the Cougars. The senior from Clawson, Michigan allowed just one run over his 11 innings and scatted six hits and four walks for a 0.91 WHIP over his two outings.
 
On the season, Snyder owns a 6-3 record with a 3.93 ERA with four complete games in nine starts.
 
Spring Arbor closes out the regular season with eight straight home games, beginning Wednesday, April 15 with a doubleheader against Lourdes University. First pitch is set for 3 p.m.
