SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – The Spring Arbor University baseball team earned multiple postseason honors from the Crossroads League following the 2026 season, highlighted by Joey Tessmer and Colin Snyder being named Second Team All-Crossroads League selections.
 
Tessmer was also named to the Crossroads League Gold Glove Team alongside teammates Connor Reed and Connor Dee.
 
Snyder, a senior right-handed pitcher from Clawson, Michigan, turned in a career-year in his senior campaign. He earned six wins on the mound, second-most on the team, while posting a 4.34 ERA, the fifth-best mark in the conference. He logged five complete games in 12 starts and struck out a team-leading 59 batters across a career-high 74.2 innings pitched, the most on the team.
 
Snyder finished his career with a 12-10 record with a 5.74 ERA and earned four saves.
 
Tessmer garnered his second consecutive Second Team All-Crossroads League selection after leading the Cougar offense throughout the season. The junior started all 50 games and paced SAU with a .333 batting average while also leading the team in doubles (14), home runs (7) and RBIs (55). His RBI total ranked among the top-10 in the Crossroads League. The Dexter, Michigan native also scored 39 runs and was successful on 20 of his 23 stolen base attempts.
 
Reed made an immediate impact in his freshman campaign, starting all 50 games as the Cougars' leadoff hitter and right fielder. He set a new SAU single-season stolen base record with 38 steals while also scoring 47 runs and driving in 13.
 
Dee earned Gold Glove honors after appearing in 47 games at first base. He batted .268 with five home runs, 27 runs scored and 40 RBIs, the second-highest RBI total on the team.
