SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – Spring Arbor University junior
Keely Hinzman has earned AVCA NAIA All-Region Honorable Mention, adding another accolade to an impressive collegiate career, the American Volleyball Coaches Association announced this week.
The recognition comes on the heels of a standout season for the Cougars, who finished 23-10, posted their most wins since 2009, and advanced to the Crossroads League Tournament Semifinals. Hinzman once again played a key role, securing a First Team All-Crossroads League selection after earning Honorable Mention as a freshman and Second Team honors in 2024.
The Camden, Michigan native delivered her best statistical season to date, registering 225 kills, hitting a career-high .278, and leading the team with 41 aces. Defensively, she anchored the Cougars at the net with 145 total blocks, the most in the Crossroads League this fall. Through three seasons, she has compiled 379 career blocks, ranking third in program history.
